Medstream Global currently operates on a direct payment (cash) basis. This means you will need to pay upfront for services. We are actively exploring partnerships with insurance providers and will update our users when coverage options become available.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure online payment methods, details of which will be provided during the booking process.

What is Medstream Global's refund policy for consultations and online services?

Cancellations by Patient: Full refund for cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment; a 50% refund for cancellations made within 24 hours. No-shows (missing your appointment without prior cancellation) are not eligible for a refund. For other online services (e.g., reports translation/reading) where work has commenced, refunds may not apply.
Cancellations by Provider/Medstream Global: In the rare event that a doctor or Medstream Global cancels an appointment or service, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Technical Issues: If a consultation or service cannot be completed due to technical issues on Medstream Global’s end, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. If the issue is solely on the patient’s end (e.g., poor internet connection, non-functioning camera/microphone), a refund will not be issued, but we may offer a one-time complimentary rescheduling at our discretion.

What is Medstream Global's refund policy for second opinions?

No refunds are provided once the specialist has begun reviewing your documents. A full refund may be issued if you cancel your request before the specialist has commenced their review. A full refund will also be issued if Medstream Global cannot provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances.

All refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with our policy. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
